GROW Externships Boxer Briefs: "Nature Is Gay" (O'ahu Laysan Albatross)

from $36.00
Support GROW Externships while sharing some fun facts about nature-- mainly that it's gay.

You can wear these statement undies (the ultimate conversation starter), all while helping us create life-changing paid externships for disadvantaged and underrepresented (BIPOC, woman-identifying, and LGBTQIA2S+) students and developing professionals, vitalizing their careers in sustainability, environmental science, and related fields.

Just in case you didn't know: In the 2008 study “Successful same-sex pairing in Laysan albatross,” researchers found that 31% of Laysan albatross pairs on O’ahu were female–female, and the overall sex ratio was 59% females as a result of female-biased immigration.  This was the first record of cooperative breeding in Laysan albatross, in which unrelated females paired with one another for multiple years and cooperated in chick rearing.
